CSV Format Instructions
- Required columns: name, date, venue, city
- Date format: YYYY-MM-DD (e.g., 2026-07-15)
- Optional columns: start_time, end_time, address, description, status, organizer details
- Status can be: confirmed, pending, or cancelled (default: confirmed)
